Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb pork, sliced into thin pieces
- 1/2 lb chicken, sliced into thin pieces
- 1/4 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 lb squid, cleaned and sliced into rings
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups cabbage, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup green beans, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and onion, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the pork and chicken, and stir-fry until browned.
- Add the shrimp and squid, and stir-fry until they turn pink.
- Add the cabbage, carrots, green beans, and snow peas, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
- In a small bowl, mix together the chicken broth, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Pour this mixture into the wok and stir well.
