Here is a simple recipe for Beef Tapa:


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • cooking oil


Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, sugar, and black pepper.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and mix well, making sure each piece is coated.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate the beef in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.
  4. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  6. Serve hot with garlic fried rice and a fried egg.
