Ingredients:
- 1 bundle kangkong leaves (about 2 cups), washed and trimmed
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 thumb-sized ginger, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic, and ginger and sauté for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
- Add the kangkong leaves and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes or until wilted.
- In a separate bowl, mix together soy sauce, vinegar, water, and brown sugar until well combined.
